Shipping Availability<\/strong><\/h6>\u2022 We currently ship within South Africa only.<br>\u2022 We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.<br>\u2022 We cannot accept international or P.O. Box billing addresses.<br>\u2022 Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout to avoid delays.<\/p>\n<p><h6>2. Courier Partner<\/h6>All orders are shipped through our exclusive courier partner, The Courier Guy.<br>Deliveries take place Monday to Friday only (excluding weekends and public holidays).<\/p>\n<p><h6>3. Shipping Fees<\/h6>Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight\/size.<\/p>\n<p><h6>4. Order Processing &amp; Dispatch Times<\/h6>Order Processing:<br>\u2022 Orders are typically processed within 24\u201348 hours.<br>\u2022 Processing takes place Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).<br>\u2022 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.<\/p>\n<p>Dispatch Time:<br>We dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated, within 3\u20135 working days of receiving payment.<br>During peak periods (promotions, seasonal demand, supplier delays, or high order volume), processing and dispatch times may extend.<\/p>\n<p><h6>5. Delivery Timeframes<\/h6>Delivery time refers to the courier\u2019s transit time after dispatch:<br>\u2022 Main city centres: 1\u20135 working days<br>\u2022 Outlying or remote areas: 3\u20137 working days<br>Deliveries occur between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.<br>Tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.<\/p>\n<p><h6>6. Receiving Your Order<\/h6>\u2022 Ensure someone is available at your delivery address to accept the parcel.<br>\u2022 Any person at the delivery address may sign for delivery.<br>\u2022 Proof of delivery requires only that someone at your provided address signs.<br>\u2022 A re-delivery fee may apply if no one is available.<\/p>\n<p><h6>7. Address Changes<\/h6>If an incorrect address was entered, email info@nomadandco.co.za immediately.<br>We will attempt to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed.<br>Courier redirection may incur additional charges.<\/p>\n<p><h6>8.
