SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
1. Shipping Availability
• We currently ship within South Africa only.• We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
• We cannot accept international or P.O. Box billing addresses.
• Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
2. Courier Partner
All orders are shipped through our exclusive courier partner, The Courier Guy.Deliveries take place Monday to Friday only (excluding weekends and public holidays).
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight/size.4. Order Processing & Dispatch Times
Order Processing:• Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
• Processing takes place Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Dispatch Time:
We dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated, within 3–5 working days of receiving payment.
During peak periods (promotions, seasonal demand, supplier delays, or high order volume), processing and dispatch times may extend.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery time refers to the courier’s transit time after dispatch:• Main city centres: 1–5 working days
• Outlying or remote areas: 3–7 working days
Deliveries occur between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.
6. Receiving Your Order
• Ensure someone is available at your delivery address to accept the parcel.• Any person at the delivery address may sign for delivery.
• Proof of delivery requires only that someone at your provided address signs.
• A re-delivery fee may apply if no one is available.
7. Address Changes
If an incorrect address was entered, email info@nomadandco.co.za immediately.We will attempt to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
Courier redirection may incur additional charges.
8. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
Events such as weather, strikes, road closures, or courier backlogs may delay delivery.These delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
